We take pride in the work we do. Our program is dynamic with a focus on continuous improvement aimed at customer satisfaction. We are utilizing several tools including DOE and statistical analysis to assist us in our goals.

ON TIME CIRCUITS INC has state-of-the-art process control systems and our certifications include ISO 9001:2015 . Additionally, we have PPAPs on multiple parts for the automotive industry. We have rigorous SPC controls, automated optical inspection, metallographic cross section and electrical test facilities. These provide the quality assurance needed to meet the high standards of our customers.

ISO 9001:2015

This standard revises ISO 9001:2008 to include requirements for a new, higher level structure as a common framework to all ISO management systems, risk-based thinking in quality system processes, fewer prescribed requirements with less emphasis on documentation, clear definition of quality management system boundaries and increased leadership requirements.

IATF16949:2016

IATF 16949:2016 is the global technical specification and quality management standard for the automotive industry based on ISO 9001:2015. It is designed to be used in conjunction with ISO 9001:2015, and contains supplemental requirements specific to the automotive industry rather than being a stand-alone QMS.

ITAR REGISTERED

ITAR stands for The International Traffic in Arms Regulations and is a set of government regulations related to defense exports. The regulations include policies and provisions related to prohibited exports, imports and sales to or from specific countries, exceptions among many others.

All manufacturers, exporters and brokers of defense articles, related to technical data and defense services as defined on the United States Munitions List are required to register.

UL CERTIFIED

Underwriters Laboratories (UL) has tested representative samples of our products and determined that the product meets specific, defined requirements. These requirements are often based on UL’s published and nationally recognized Standards for Safety. On Time Circuits Inc. UL certifications include:
